1. Acceptance of Terms
By accessing www.tap-drift.com (“Site”) and playing Tap Drift, you agree to these Terms of Service and our Privacy Policy. If you do not agree, do not use the Site or play the game.
2. Service Description
The Site provides information about Tap Drift, a timing-based drifting game where players master car drifts around sharp corners at an increasingly faster pace. The game is embedded via an external iframe from Azgames (gamea.azgame.io). Players earn EXP through perfect drifts, level up to unlock loot boxes, and upgrade their cars. We may update, suspend, or discontinue any portion of the Site or game access without notice.
3. User Responsibilities
You agree to use the Site and play Tap Drift for lawful purposes and not to interfere with its operation. You will not attempt to breach security, introduce malware, manipulate game scores or EXP through unauthorized means, or scrape content without written permission. Fair play is expected—any attempt to cheat, hack, or exploit the game may result in termination of access.
4. Intellectual Property
All text, graphics, logos, and layouts on the Site are owned by Tap Drift or licensed third parties. The embedded Tap Drift game is owned by its respective publisher and is provided through Azgames. Game mechanics, including the timing-based drifting system, EXP progression, and upgrade features, are proprietary. You may not copy, modify, redistribute, or reverse-engineer Site or game content without authorization.
5. Third-Party Services
The Tap Drift game is hosted and operated by Azgames (gamea.azgame.io), a third-party service provider. Analytics services (Google Analytics) and any external links are also operated by third parties. We are not responsible for their availability, accuracy, data practices, or game functionality. Your game progress, EXP, and unlocked items are managed by the game provider. Accessing third-party services and playing the embedded game is at your own risk.
6. Disclaimers
The Site and Tap Drift game are provided “as is” without warranties of any kind. We disclaim all implied warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, and non-infringement. We do not guarantee uninterrupted or error-free operation of the Site or game. Game performance, including drift timing mechanics, EXP calculations, and loot box rewards, may vary based on your device, browser, and network conditions. We are not responsible for lost game progress, EXP, or unlocked items.
7. Limitation of Liability
To the maximum extent permitted by law, Tap Drift is not liable for indirect, incidental, consequential, or punitive damages arising from use of the Site. Our total liability for direct damages will not exceed USD $50.
8. Indemnification
You agree to indemnify and hold harmless Tap Drift, its affiliates, and personnel from claims, losses, or expenses arising from your use of the Site or violation of these Terms.
9. Changes to Terms
We may update these Terms at any time. The revised Terms take effect upon posting. Continued use of the Site after changes means you accept the updated Terms.
10. Game-Specific Terms
Gameplay: Tap Drift requires precise timing to drift around corners. Both too early and too late timing will end your run. Perfect drifts build combo streaks that multiply your score and EXP earnings.
Progress and Data: Your game progress, including EXP, level, unlocked cars, and customization items, may be stored locally in your browser. Clearing browser data may result in loss of progress. We are not responsible for any loss of game data.
Age Restrictions: Tap Drift is suitable for players aged 13 and older. Players under 13 should obtain parental consent before playing.
11. Governing Law
These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of California, USA, without regard to conflict of law principles. You agree to submit to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts located in Los Angeles County, California.
